Product Questions

How many sweets are in each pouch?

Each BeanKick pouch contains 7 coffee sweets. Each pouch is 12g.

What flavours are available?

BeanKick is launching with Double Espresso, Smooth Americano and Mixed Flavour packs. Double Espresso has a bolder coffee taste, while Smooth Americano is designed to be smoother and easier for everyday use.

What is the Mixed Flavour pack?

The Mixed Flavour pack includes both Double Espresso and Smooth Americano pouches. For example, a 30 Day Supply Mixed Flavour pack includes 15 Double Espresso pouches and 15 Smooth Americano pouches.

Do you sell single pouches?

BeanKick is mainly sold in 10 Packs and 30 Day Supply packs. This gives better value, makes more sense for regular use, and helps customers keep BeanKick ready for work, travel, driving and busy days.

What is the difference between a 10 Pack and a 30 Day Supply?

The 10 Pack is ideal if you want to try BeanKick or keep a few pouches in your car, bag or desk. The 30 Day Supply is designed for regular use, giving you one pouch for every day of the month.

Are BeanKick tins available?

BeanKick tins are coming soon. The planned tin format will offer a larger BeanKick option, with approximately one cup of coffee’s caffeine per tin.

Subscription Questions

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Subscribe & Save lets you receive BeanKick automatically on a regular schedule. You choose your product, flavour, quantity and delivery frequency. Your BeanKick is then delivered on repeat, so you do not need to reorder manually.

How much do I save with a subscription?

You save 20% on BeanKick subscription orders. The subscription discount applies regardless of delivery frequency.

What delivery frequencies are available?

You can choose from every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, every 6 weeks or every 8 weeks.

Can I skip, pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription through your customer account.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No. There are no cancellation fees.

Which subscription should I choose?

If you use BeanKick occasionally, a 10 Pack subscription may be enough. If you want BeanKick as part of your daily routine, the 30 Day Supply is the best option.

Order & Delivery Questions

Where do you deliver?

BeanKick currently delivers to customers in the UK. More delivery locations may be added in the future.

How much is delivery?

Delivery prices are shown at checkout before you pay. If we offer free delivery above a certain order value, this will be shown clearly on the website and at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Most UK orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on courier service, location and order volume.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive tracking information by email if tracking is available for your delivery method.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

First, check your tracking information and delivery confirmation. If your order still has not arrived, contact us at info@beankick.co.uk. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Is BeanKick suitable for a keto diet?

BeanKick contains 0g sugar and is sweetened with xylitol, but whether it fits your keto diet depends on your personal diet plan and carbohydrate targets. Always check the nutrition information on the product page and packaging before deciding if BeanKick is suitable for you.

Is BeanKick suitable for diabetics?

BeanKick contains 0g sugar and is sweetened with xylitol, but we cannot give medical advice. If you have diabetes or manage your blood sugar levels, check the nutrition information carefully and speak to a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure.

Can pregnant or breastfeeding women use BeanKick?

Can children use BeanKick?

Is BeanKick a health product?

No. BeanKick is not a health product or medical product. It is a convenient coffee alternative made with real coffee powder, caffeine, xylitol and a fresh mint finish.

Can BeanKick help with weight loss?

Account Questions

Do I need an account to order?

You may be able to checkout without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to view your order history and manage subscriptions.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log in to your customer account using the email address you used at checkout. From there, you should be able to manage your subscription, update details, skip a delivery, pause or cancel.

I cannot see my subscription. What should I do?

Make sure you are using the same email address you used when placing your order. If you paid using Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or another accelerated checkout method, check which email address was attached to that payment method. If you still need help, contact info@beankick.co.uk.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the password reset option on the account login page. If you still cannot access your account, contact us at info@beankick.co.uk.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return BeanKick?

Because BeanKick is a food product, returns may not be accepted once the product has been opened or used. If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@beankick.co.uk. Please include your order number and photos if relevant.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@beankick.co.uk. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product, photos of the packaging, and the email address used at checkout. We will review the issue and help resolve it.
